The FCG Investment Climate Assessment (FCG-DX-INV) quantifies investment risk, opportunity, and strategic positioning across macroeconomic stability, regulatory environment, infrastructure quality, human capital, and market access. Calibrated against World Bank Doing Business, UNCTAD IPR, and Fitch/Moody's sovereign frameworks.

Tier structure
Four tiers, one trajectory
A licensed assessment places the subject institution in one of four tiers. Each tier carries a plain-language narrative of what the score means, the typical capability profile, and the priority reforms that move the institution toward the next tier.
Investment attractiveness has significant scope to strengthen.
Your Discovery Preview places you in the Emerging tier. Jurisdictions and organisations in this tier typically face structural impediments — macroeconomic volatility, regulatory unpredictability, infrastructure gaps, or human capital shortfalls — that compound in the eyes of investment committees. The path forward is focused reform on the highest-signal dimensions rather than diffuse improvement everywhere.
